The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Maintemance Garage Construction, North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials and labor for excavation, site preparation, concrete slab foundation, and construction of 32'(width) x 48'(length) x 13' (height) two bay garage building wired for commercial power at North Springfiled Lake, Springfield, VT.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about August 18, 2023.
