(16) Description. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services located at U.S. Fleet Activities, Sasebo.

These outcome will be achieved via a performance based, commercial, multiple year, one-year base plus four one-year option periods, firm fixed-price (FFP), single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring line items in accordance with the PWS.

The potential maximum performance period of five is tentatively scheduled 16 April 2024 15 April 2029.
