Background
The Airborne Electronic Attack Division (WXS) at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) supports the Navy’s EA-18G and P-8A aircraft, as well as additional Department of Defense (DoD) platforms/requirements. This SOW cites 's requirements for the build-to-print fabrication of manufactured items (e.g. machining, composite lay-ups, fabrication etc.), with these items ultimately assisting WXS in supporting the Navy's EA-18G and P-8A, and other DOD platforms/requirements. Furthermore, additional Electronic Warfare (EW) divisions at NSWC Crane may meet their requirements for manufactured items in accordance with the requirements cited in the SOW, on an as needed basis.

Work Details
The specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include various aircraft machining requirements in support of the EA-18G and P8-A aircraft manufactured IAW Statement of Work (SOW) herein and with Government design specifications and drawings to be cited on each Delivery Order. The basic contract years 1-5 cover various aircraft machining requirements in support of the mentioned aircraft.
Additionally, there are composite material requirements for various aircraft in support of the mentioned aircraft manufactured IAW Statement of Work (SOW) herein and with Government design specifications and drawings to be cited on each Delivery Order. The specific requirements will be defined in each delivery order.

Period of Performance
01-APR-2024 TO 31-MAR-2029

Place of Performance
Fabrication of all items under this SOW will occur at the contractor's facilities, unless otherwise directed by . If it's determined that fabrication needs to take place at Government facilities to complete a specific Government requirement, shall provide an opportunity for all contractors under this contract to conduct a site visit to facility prior to required submittal date of the Contractor's proposal for the subject delivery order.
