M240 Series Machine Gun (MG) Including Coax, B, C, D, H, and Spare Receivers

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of Project Manager Soldier Lethality (PMSL) awarded a sole source contract for M240 Variant Machine Guns (M240 MG) and spare receivers to FN America, LLC, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price Delivery Orders to FN America LLC, Columbia, SC. The M240 Series Machine Gun (MG) is a gas-operated, air-cooled, belt-fed, caliber 7.62mm weapon that fires North Atlantic Treaty Organization standard ammunition from an open bolt position. The various configurations of the M240 Series MG capable of and employed in many different applications.
