Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) to execute the procurement of modification kits to the M1070A1 Heavy Equipment Transporter System (HETS) Tractor from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Oshkosh Defense, LLC (Oshkosh) of Oshkosh, Wisconsin . The contract length will be five years plus three one-year option periods. The total estimated quantity is 1,384 each (EA) modification kits.

The kits will modify the M1070A1 HETS tractor to the M1300 Enhanced Heavy Equipment Transporter System (EHETS) Tractor.
