M10 Booker Combat Vehicle Full Rate Production Solicitation   2

Background
This solicitation is for a requirement contract for M10 Booker Full Rate Production (FRP) to procure an estimated 266 M10 Booker vehicles, an estimated 31 M10 Booker refurbishment vehicles, and ancillary services supporting production. The contractor shall produce M10 Booker Vehicles to the baseline described in the Product Configuration Specification. Each vehicle shall include all Basic Issue Items (BII), Component of End Items (COEI), Under Vehicle Armor, and a Radio Kit.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver data in the DD Form 1423, CDRLs, as set forth in Section J and as called out in the scope of work. The days specified in the CDRL are calculated as calendar days unless otherwise specified in a specific CDRL. If a CDRL delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or Federal Government holiday, the contractor shall deliver the CDRL on the next business day.
All data specified in this contract shall be provided using s CDRL Delivery Tool, accessible at https://gcscdrl.army.mil/ext/AKOAccess/Vendor/Upload , unless otherwise specified in the DD Form 1423. Within 10 calendar days after contract award, the contractor shall provide with a list of personnel requiring access to the CDRL Delivery Tool. Personnel will be required to have either a Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC), Government-approved External Certificate Authority (ECA), or any other Army approved external network access account in order to be provided access to the CDRL Delivery Tool. CDRL Delivery Tool user instructions and training will be provided at the Start of Work Meeting (SOWM). The contractor shall deliver CDRLs without encryption, locks, passwords, or other security protection features which would prevent the Government from editing, sorting, merging, or otherwise manipulating the data for Government purposes.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is for a total of 29 months (17 month lead time plus 12 months of Ordering Period 1 deliveries).
