Luke Days 2024 NAF Concessionaire Services

Background
Luke Air Force Base has a requirement for a Master Concessionaire to run the concessions for the Luke Days 2024 Air Show. This will be a NAF contract that will require the contractor to cooperate and coordinate with the 56th Force Support Squadron to support the Luke Days 2024 Open House/Air Show. The expected daily attendance for the Air Show is 200,000-300,000 people per day.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide food, beverages, and novelty resale items during the Luke Air Force Base Open House/Air Show scheduled for March 23-24, 2024. The contractor will have exclusive rights to sell all food, beverages, and novelty items. They must also provide sufficient concession tents/booths, management personnel, logistical support, and equipment for the event.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for assembly and teardown of all booths, tents, and other concession equipment. They must also provide novelty items and merchandise for resale, ensuring only quality merchandise is offered. The contractor must provide all training to volunteers for performing their assigned duties and honor volunteer discount meal tickets. Security of all equipment and supplies related to the performance of this contract is also the contractor's responsibility.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the Luke Days 2024 Open House/Air Show scheduled for March 23-24, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Luke Air Force Base.
