Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology   77

The Office of Naval Research, ONR Global, and the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab are interested in receiving proposals for Long-Range S&T Projects which offer potential for advancement and improvement of Navy and Marine Corps operations. Readers should note that this is an announcement to declare ONR, ONRG and MCWLs broad role in competitive funding of meritorious research across a spectrum of science and engineering disciplines.

Amendment 0001 (14 December 2020)

The purposes of Amendment 0001 are as follows:

1. Revise Commitment to Small Business on pages BAA 17-18 to reflect threshold changes and website updates.
2. Revise the Contracting Officer in Section G., Federal Awarding Agency Contacts.
3. Removed the Representation Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction Under any Federal Law DoD Appropriations since it is part of the federal financial assistance General Certs and Reps in SAM.
4. Revise the Section 889 language for assistance awards in Section F. Federal Award Administration Information, paragraph vi. on Appendix I-17 18.
5. Add DFARS provision and clauses 252.204-7019, Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements and 252.204-7020 DoD Assessment Requirements on Appendix 2-9.
6. Add DFARS 252.222-7999, Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping (Deviation 2021-O0001) (Nov 2020) on Appendix 2-10-12.
7. Incorporate minor grammatical, administrative and formatting changes.

Amendment 0002 (11 January 2021)

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows:

1. Remove DFARS 252.222-7999 COMBATING RACE AND SEX STEREOTYPING (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) (NOV 2020) that was on pages Appendix 2-10 through 2-12.
