The purpose of this announcement is to provide the Request for Proposal (RFP) for contractor support services for logistical and technical support services in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Sustainment Management Department. Areas of support include design interface, maintenance planning, analysis, development, training, support equipment management, and facilities infrastructure planning in direct support of Program Executive Offices (PEO) and Program Manager, AIR (PMA) logistics teams.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government's intent is to award a group of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for labor and corresponding cost reimbursable CLINs for materials and travel. The period of performance consists of a five-year ordering period and a three year option period. Task orders will be issued as required and the period of performance will be determined upon award of each task order.

The Government will not accept or respond to telephone calls or requests for meetings with potential Offerors about this requirement. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted via email. It is requested that all questions be received within 15 calendar days before the RFP closing date.

This procurement will be a small business set-aside. The solicitation number is N00421-19-R-0014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 - Engineering Services, with a small business size standard of $41,500,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement R407, Logistics Support Services.

This requirement is a follow-on procurement to N00421-17-D-0015, which was awarded to Team Logistics Small Business (TLOG) Joint Venture.
