This is a non-personal services contract to provide logistical support to military units, both U.S. and foreign forces, to include but not limited to: dining facility and distribution services, the furnishing of laundry and toilet trailers, tents and material handling equipment at various sites throughout Bavaria to include Grafenw hr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), Ansbach Training Area (ATA), Amberg Training Area.

Background
This is a non-personal services contract issued by the U.S. Army to provide logistical support to military units, both U.S. and foreign forces, primarily in Bavaria.

The mission of this contract is to ensure that military units can perform critical tasks during training exercises and operations, thereby maximizing their training value. The contractor will support the 7th Army Training Command (7ATC) and US Army-Europe (USAREUR) installations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for logistical services.

Specific tasks include:
- dining facility operations;
- transportation of equipment and ammunition;
- provision of Material Handling Equipment (MHE);
- portable showers;
- portable laundry facilities;
- generators;
- setup of tents, cots, tables, heaters, and lighting.

The contractor must also develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for maintaining accurate records related to U.S., German, and local regulations.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various sites throughout Bavaria including Grafenwöhr Training Area (GTA), Hohenfels Training Area (HTA), Ansbach Training Area (ATA), and Amberg Training Area.
