LO-10471 WHITE HOUSE FARM AGRICULTURAL LEASE -NWSY YORKTOWN

The White House farm is located off of State Route 608 in New Kent County, Virginia and is bordered by State Routes 608, 614, and the Pamunkey River, as shown on Exhibit A. The net farmable area is approximately 188.84 acres, and is considered as one farming unit. The White House farm has been farmed continuously since Colonial times. The major portion of the land is moderately to well drained with gently sloping soils that have a loamy and clayey subsoil. These areas are basically made up of Pamunkey fine sandy loams, however the western portion of the property is made up of the more poorly drained Dragston series. The bid amount should reflect the total 188.84 acres.
