Background
The U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) is procuring a Lithium-Ion Battery Thermal/Humidity Test Chamber for conducting research, development, test, and evaluation services to the USAMRDC labs and mission partners.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and install a Thermal/Humidity Test chamber for Lithium-Ion Batteries that meets all the listed Minimum Essential Characteristics (MEC). This includes features such as protective enclosure/structure, ventilation system, fire safety system, humidity range, control tolerance, input power requirements, internal and exterior dimensions, payload weight, window viewing area, access ports, shelving, interior light, non-CFC cascade refrigeration, 3-year comprehensive warranty, chamber condensation drain, casters, and humidity water recirculation system. Proposals should include all costs associated with system transportation, shipping, and installation.
