This requirement is for the supply and delivery of LN2 at a purity level of 99.999%, delivered to Government owned tanks located at Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division, Keyport in Keyport, WA. The vendor will deliver up to 2,000 gallons per delivery, up to three times per week, but not more than 66,000 gallons per year. The requirement also includes maintenance of Government-owned LN2 tanks.

Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWCDIVKPT) is seeking to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2). The goal of this contract is to supply and deliver LN2 at a purity level of 99.999% to government-owned tanks located at Keyport, WA, while also providing maintenance for these tanks. This requirement is part of the agency's mission to support its operational needs with reliable and high-quality liquid nitrogen.

Work Details
The contractor will supply and deliver up to 66,000 gallons of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) per year, with deliveries not exceeding 2,000 gallons per delivery, up to three times per week.

The vendor is responsible for the following tasks:
1. Supply bulk LN2 with a purity of 99.999%.
2. Perform Hot Tank Fills at no additional cost if the LN2 tank is emptied completely.
3. Conduct maintenance inspections on government-owned LN2 tanks, including checking for corrosion and leaks, with a maintenance budget not to exceed $5,000.
4. Provide documentation for each delivery indicating the date, location, and total gallons delivered.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one year from the date of award, with three additional option years available.
