LHNCBC Support Services for Software, Database Administration

NOTE: This RFQ is for the same services solicited under #RFQ ID: RFQ1578518. All responses will be evaluated alongside all proposals received under #RFQ ID: RFQ1578518. This RFQ is issued to allow vendors who were unable to submit proposals under RFQ1578518 due to a GSA outage and is therefore extended. This Request for Quotation, RFQ, solicits quotations to provide software development, system and database administration, subject matter expertise, and other related continuing and recurring support as severable services. Contractor support is required for the continued growth and evolution of the research and development (R&D) activities of National Library of Medicine (NLM), Lister Hill National Center for Biomedical Communications (LHNCBC) in data science, biomedical informatics, natural language processing, information systems, image processing, machine learning, infrastructure support, and scientific computing. The requirements are described in the attached Statement of Work. LHNCBC Activities and Projects, includes sources for more detail on projects and research activities to be supported as part of this SOW.
