The Contractor shall provide the Health Insurance services to employees of the Embassy of the United States of America in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and their eligible dependents as described in Section C.

The contract is for providing health insurance services to employees of the Embassy of the United States of America in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and their eligible dependents as described in Section C.

Work Details
The contract includes providing health insurance coverage for employees and their dependents, with detailed specifications for hospitalization, emergency services, outpatient services, obstetric and newborn care, pediatric services, prescription drugs, preventive and wellness services, chronic disease management, hearing aid apparatus, dental care, and optical care.
The contract also includes provisions for economic price adjustment based on experience and laws enacted by the host Government.

Period of Performance
The performance period of this contract is one year beginning on January 01, 2024 with four one-year options to renew.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Embassy of the United States of America in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
