Lenel S2 On Guard Maint and Service Contract

Market research for sources to support the following work. On-site response time will be one evaluation criteria. Site Location: Eglin AFB, FL (Fort Walton Beach) Due to security and building access concerns a response time of 4 hours is required for emergency on site response, and 8 hours for non-emergency on site response. Objective: Provide service and maintenance to currently installed Lenel/On Guard access control system connected within 6 facilities on Eglin AFB. Support is to provide Lenel/On guard Platinum Service and Maintenance package, quarterly preventative maintenance inspections, CCTV service, and a Lenel Software update and support plan. May also include future equipment installations to meet changing security needs. More defined details will be provided in RFQ, if one is required. Please provide your capability to support the required response time and the Lenel/OnGuard access system.
