Leased Vehicle Support Turkey

Background
This requirement is for leased vehicle support in Turkey, specifically for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District. The goal of the contract is to provide necessary vehicle support to facilitate base operations in Incirlik, Turkey, including insurance, maintenance, and mileage for the vehicles. The contract will not allow for the purchase of vehicles due to operational funding constraints.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to perform the work in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract includes:
- Base Year Leased Vehicle Support: 1 Sedan and 1 SUV for a duration of 12 months.
- Option Year Leased Vehicle Support: Options include 3 SUVs and 2 Sedans for the base year and similar provisions for subsequent option years.
- Vehicles must meet specific requirements including being no older than two years at the start of each option year, having automatic transmissions, operating on diesel fuel, and being equipped with safety features as mandated by Turkish law.
- Additional services include providing breakdown recovery assistance throughout Turkey and ensuring all vehicles are maintained in excellent mechanical condition.

Period of Performance
The contract consists of one base period of one year from the time of award, with three additional one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is Incirlik, Turkey.
