Lease Space in Manhattan, KS

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest to lease office, warehouse, and wareyard space in Manhattan, Kansas. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Manhattan, Kansas that will be expiring. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating.

Work Details
The GSA is seeking a minimum of 9,329 SF of office space, 750 SF of warehouse space, and 3,000 SF of wareyard space. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.

Period of Performance
Occupancy is expected by December 11, 2021. The full term of the lease is 10 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the city limits of Manhattan, Kansas.
