Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing a combined Solicitation/Synopsis Request for Quotation (RFQ), W519TC-23-R-2LMS, for the purchase of a Learning Management System (LMS) in support of the United States Military Academy at West Point. The requirement is being procured utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The RFQ is a full and open competition under NAICS 518210.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a single LMS platform that adheres to all the requirements listed in the Request for Quote. The system proposed must be complete and available at the time of quote submission. Contractors shall submit pricing with the enclosed pricing matrix for the Base Period from 30 November 2022 through 31 July 2023, Option Period 1 from 01 August 2023 through 31 July 2024, and Option period 2 from 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2025.
