The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to request responses from qualified Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) interested and capable of providing a Learning Management System (LMS) that allows account management for current and new users who are medical personnel performing C&P examinations and non-medical Vendor employees. MDEO seeks a web based LMS to house VA training courses, including assessments and evaluations, which will be accessed by Vendor administrators and MDEO staff. as detailed below in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 518210 Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting and Related Services, Small Business Size Standard $40.0M. This request for information/sources sought notice is part of market research and will be used to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
