Leadership Development Training Courses

Background
The VHA Institute for Learning, Education and Development (ILEAD) provides educational services and instruments to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). One of the services ILEAD provides is training courses in the most effective, efficient means possible. As such, ILEAD has a requirement to provide leadership courses to VHA staff in VISNs and Medical Centers (MCs) to avoid having them purchase each course and its necessary materials separately. To ensure this requirement is met, ILEAD has determined a central platform for leadership and personal development-based training courses is needed.

Work Details
In support of delivering leadership and personal development-based training to the VHA’s approximately 400K employees, the Contractor shall provide the following: Training, On-demand Courses, Virtual Training, In-person Training, Train-the-Trainer Training, Training Material, Developmental Assessments, Implementation Support, Information Technology (IT) Support.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall include a 12-month base with two 12-month option periods. Performance shall begin 10 calendar days after contract award.

Place of Performance
Upon request of the representative COR, Contractor facilitation support will be conducted in-person and/or virtually. All other work will be conducted by trained VHA employees on-site and via virtual means.
