Leadership Development Program - USDA NRCS Illinois and Wisconsin

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is committed to "helping people help the land". Their mission is to provide America's farmers and ranchers with financial and technical assistance to voluntarily put conservation on the ground, not only helping the environment but agricultural operations, too. Conservation programs are reformed in administrative and technical ways through the farm bill statute, as well as internal policy changes. Customers are also shifting, as well as our employee dynamics. NRCS is customer focused and must maintain a high level of responsivity while maintaining efficient management of federal investments. It is critical that NRCS Illinois and Wisconsin staff be strong leaders in their communities and have effective leadership tools. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requires Leadership Development Program creation and training services for up to twenty (20) employees per session. NRCS will provide a list of those employees prior to the state of each sessions. For the period of the Task Order they could be a potential of five (5) programs. More information regarding this requirement is included in the attached RFQ. Please review carefully. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. Only quotes from small businesses will be accepted. Only GSA Schedule quotes will be accepted for this requirement and quotes must be submitted via GSA eBuy unless approved to submit otherwise by Contracting Officer.
