Leadership 360 Degree Assessment

The USPS OIG is issuing a Request for Information for market research on 360-degree leadership assessment surveys. The 360-degree leadership assessment solution should be designed to identify the strengths and developmental needs for leadership within the USPS OIG. The solution must collect ratings for self, supervisors, peers, direct reports and others providing a comprehensive assessment of critical behaviors related to leadership competencies and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). The 360-assessment solution must consist of an orientation session, ongoing assessment tool technology support and communication, assessment debrief meeting, individual participant reports, and aggregate reporting summarizing the results for both the individual participant and defined grouping such as a component, department, or function of participants.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) and planning ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this RFI is necessary to assist the U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS OIG) in determining the potential levels of interest, adequate competition, and technical capability for a potential, but not certain, future solicitation. Firms not responding to the RFI may be precluded from participating in any future solicitation. The USPS OIG is not responsible for any cost incurred by industry in furnishing this information.
