Laundry, Dry Cleaning, and Alteration/Repair Services for East Baton Rouge LA JROTC   3

Background
This is a non-personal services contract to provide laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration/repair services for East Baton Rouge Parish Public School District JROTC Program. The East Baton Rouge Public School District JROTC Program has 11 schools to be supported under this contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration/repair services for the Army Combat Uniforms (ACU), Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP), Army Physical Fitness Uniform (APFU), Beret, Army Service/Dress Uniform (ASU), Neck Tie, Neck Tab, and Black Windbreaker with insert as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of time with specific delivery dates for each service. For example, the period of performance for some services extends from July 29, 2024 to July 28, 2025, while others extend up to July 28, 2028.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Contractor’s facility located within a 40-mile radius of East Baton Rouge Parish School District at 3875 Byron Ave. Baton Rouge LA 70805.
