Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA480024Q0025 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a requirement for Catholic Mass Music Director as indicated in the attached combo and PWS.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide musical leadership through hymns and appropriate instruments for the Sacred Liturgy for the Saturday, 1700 Catholic Mass at Bethel Manor Chapel, Langley AFB Chapel or other assigned location. Contractor services will be provided during Catholic Masses/Services, normally one hour to ninety minutes in length. Practice sessions/rehearsals will be held prior to each service at a time to be determined by the Contractor, with the approval of the Catholic Priest/Chaplain. The contractor shall perform for all regularly scheduled Masses or Services, choir rehearsals, rehearsals with the congregation, and additional services as requested by the Catholic Priest or Contract Officer, including special chapel functions and other special services. The contractor will personally perform the services described above or coordinate performance by a substitute of equal or higher proficiency who has been approved in advance by the Catholic Priest/Chaplain.
