Background
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Terminal Island, located in Terminal Island, CA, is seeking sources for landscaping services. The services required include grass mowing, weeds care, and ornamental plant care. The contract will be performed for approximately 1 year.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly landscape maintenance services, including weekly visits to the property. Services must include grass mowing, edging, weeding, ornamental plant & flower care, and irrigation services. Fertilization will be provided twice a year at no additional cost. Quarterly property assessments and recommendations will also be required.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed for approximately 1 year.
