Background
The contract is issued by the Sector Long Island Sound, which is part of the U.S. Coast Guard. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive landscape services, specifically grass mowing and trimming, at their facility located at 120 Woodward Ave, East Haven, CT.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for grass mowing and trimming at the specified location. Key tasks include:

(A) Grass cutting and trimming of designated areas;
(B) Flower bed weeding of specified areas;
(C) Shrub, bush, and tree trimming of specified areas.

The contractor must prepare a Monthly Work Plan detailing all scheduled work requirements and locations. Work must be performed between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time from Monday to Friday, excluding Government Holidays. Coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative is required prior to commencing work. The contractor is responsible for removing all rubbish and debris from lawn areas before mowing and ensuring that no equipment is left on-site after work completion. All waste must be disposed of offsite in compliance with state and local laws.

Period of Performance
The contract has a base period starting on April 1, 2025, and ending on November 31, 2025, followed by four option years extending through November 31, 2029.
