Land Mobile Radio Subscriber Equipment (LMR-SE) - Letter of Invitation to Bid

--For BPA response instructions, please see attached Letter of Invitation (LMR-SE LOI) --There are 11 files attached in total -- Your company is invited to compete for a BPA for sales of Project 25 (P25) compliant radio products along with basic variations in frequency range, optional features, and incidental services in support of the Air Force enterprise strategy to fulfill Air Force requirements for Land Mobile Radio Subscriber Equipment (LMR-SE) hardware for portable/rugged and mobile/base products. Award of this BPA includes the right to compete in future Subscriber Hardware Product (SHP) cycles to provide products for the Department of the Air Force (United States Air Force (USAF) and United States Space Force (USSF)) and authorized contractors. This is not a formal invitation issued under FAR Part 15 or a FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition, but an invitation to compete for a BPA under the terms of your GSA FSS contract in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.4. BPA Holders shall ensure all products offered are on GSA FSS at the time of submission of the solicitation response.
