Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): "Currently the Funds are not available for this purchase. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs." The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida is soliciting a requirement for Eglin AFB LAN Drop . This requirement is described in the attached RFQ and PWS documents. This RFQ includes no brand name only items and is a 100% small business set-aside IAW FAR Subpart 8.405-5 through GSA. Offerors must submit one (1) firm fixed price quote for all of the requirements in the PWS. Partial quotes may be considered technically unacceptable. Quotes must be received via the GSA eBuy RFQ Tool by the date and time listed in the RFQ. Quotes that are posted late (i.e. after the date and time listed), incomplete, or at any location other than the GSA eBuy tool will be considered to be late and will not be evaluated by the Government. The Government will award a firm fixed price task order to the responsible offeror that submits a fully responsive offer determined to be the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. Technical acceptability shall consist of a quote which conforms to the specific requirements of this RFQ and all PWS specifics. Questions for this RFQ shall be submitted via email by Wednesday, 12 March 2024. Invoices will be submitted and paid via WAWF.
