Lamination Die and Machined Parts

Background
The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab), managed by Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC for the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science, is seeking proposals for the design and build of a lamination die, along with the manufacture of associated machined parts.

The goal of this procurement is to obtain specific assemblies necessary for ongoing scientific research and operations at Fermilab.

Work Details
The contract involves the following items:
1. Fabricate Prototype drawing F10242034 Rev None - 6,695 pcs
2. Tie Bar drawing F10232986 Rev A - 4 pcs
3. Magnet Core Front Plate F10232989 Rev A - 2 pcs

Material certifications are required for all items. Proposals must clearly indicate any exceptions to specifications and extra charges for containers, tooling, etc. The total extended proposal price must be included in the submission.

Units will be delivered to Fermilab Receiving Warehouse 2, Kirk Rd & Wilson Street, Batavia, IL 60510, United States.
