Lake Kaweah (Terminus Dam) Woody Debris Removal   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, specifically the Sacramento District, is issuing this solicitation for the removal of storm debris at Terminus Dam, located in Tulare County, California.

The mission of this contract is to ensure the safety and operational integrity of the dam by removing woody debris that may pose a risk to its functionality. The goal is to maintain the recreational areas around Lake Kaweah while adhering to environmental regulations and safety standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, permits, equipment, and supervision necessary for storm debris removal services at Terminus Dam. The work includes:
1. Performing debris removal in designated zones:
- Zone 1: Dams Marina Area and Lemon Hill Recreation Area
- Zone 2: Kaweah Recreation Area
- Zone 3: Horse Creek Campground and Recreation Area
- Zone 4: Slick Rock Recreation Area
- Zone 5: Cobble Knoll Recreation Area
2. All work must be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
3. Conducting a Pre-Work Meeting with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to discuss contract elements and submit required documentation including Certificates of Insurance and Safety Plans.
