Lake Georgetown Janitorial Services

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District, is issuing a solicitation for janitorial services at Lake Georgetown. The goal of this contract is to provide non-personal janitorial services to support the USACE Capital Region, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities located at 500 Lake Overlook Drive, Georgetown, TX 79633.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials/supplies, and supervision to perform non-personal janitorial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:

1. Interior cleaning of buildings including disinfecting surfaces such as countertops, tables, sinks, urinals, toilets, faucets, and handles.

2. Maintaining adequate supplies of toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer.

3. Exterior cleaning including trash pickup within a 10-foot radius of building entries/exits and ensuring grounds are free from litter.

4. Weekly cleaning of exterior surfaces including light fixtures and windows.

5. Compliance with performance standards that require a minimum score of 95% on inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.

Period of Performance
The contract will consist of one twelve-month base period followed by four twelve-month option periods.
