Laboratory Analytical Services

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District (FED) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Laboratory Analytical Services. This contract aims to support the chemical analysis of various environmental samples, including industrial wastes, waters, soils, sediments, and more. The objective is to obtain technically valid and legally defensible environmental data that meets or exceeds site-specific data quality objectives.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Environmental Laboratory Testing Services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include: conducting chemical analyses of industrial wastes and waters, soils, sediments, sludge, ground waters, surface waters, oils, paint chips, air samples, and other environmental samples; ensuring all work complies with the terms of the BPA; delivering test samples during specified work hours; and maintaining quality standards throughout the testing process. The contractor may subcontract parts of their work but must ensure that subcontractors meet all certification requirements and quality standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract spans five years from June 16, 2025 to June 15, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various U.S. military installations in the Republic of Korea.
