1.I see the spec requirements, is there a particular brand/style that these specs were pulled from?

2. On the needs statement I see a sample picture of the hoodie with GEAUX logo on the front only.I assume the hoodie will be a front print only?
The t shirt mentions a total of 3 imprint locations ,2 full color, 1 color. Can you please explain where the 3 imprint locations will be going and what logos will be used for the t shirts.
3 Can you please provide Vector files needed for the Polos, Hoodies, TShirts and Backpacks?

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The solicitation W912NR23R0035 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 315990 - Apparel. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded to the best value trade off. Trade off is technical and past performance, these are more important factors than price. See 52.212-1 & 52.212-2 with the addendums for each for guidance. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quotes will be checked for technical acceptableness based on requirements) and have a satisfactory past performance with Government contracts. The contractor shall return the completed provision (52.204-24) and return with proposal.
The Louisiana Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention has a requirement for Hoodies.

Complete attached quote sheet and provide the following, 4. Proposal Sample. Contractor shall submit an unprinted sample when submitting the proposal to the contracting office as noted in the solicitation. The proposal sample must be an exact match of what will be furnished for the Prior to Production sample and the finished product The proposal sample must be delivered by the close date annotated on sam.gov. The contractor will be required to include a prepaid airbill along with the pre-award sample. If the sample is rejected, it will be returned to the contractor using the prepaid airbill. If the sample is approved, it will not be returned and will be used for a match of the Prior to Production sample and final product. The proposal sample shall be mailed to ATTN: SSG LaBorde, Cory, USPFO 420 F Street Pineville La. 71360.
