L3 WESCAM MX-10 Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) Sensor

This notice serves as a Request For Proposals for one (1) L3 WESCAM MX-10 Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) intelligence/surveillance/reconaissance (ISR) Sensor. A Brand Name Justification for this particular item is attached.

The solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procecures (FAR Part 13).

An award, if any, will be made in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 as tailored in this solicitation.

The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of proposals received and (2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable.

This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code: 334511, Small Business Size Standard: 1,250 Employees; and PSC/FSC: 1680.

Solicitation Closing Date: Proposals must be received not later than 3:00 pm, Eastern Time on 9 September 2020. Proposals received after that date and time will not be accepted or considered for award. Questions about the requirement will not be reviewed/replied to if received after 3:00 pm Eastern time on Wednesday 7 September 2020.
