Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) AN/TPY-2 Radar Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Obsolescence/Long Lead

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) hereby awards an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) in the amount of $399,437,066 to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems of Woburn, Massachusetts. The award is the result of a sole source acquisition. This firm fixed price and cost plus incentive fee contract is awarded under Foreign Military Sale (FMS) case number SR-I-WIB to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Contract No. HQ0147-19-C-0008. Under this Obsolescence / Long Lead contract, the contractor will provide long lead hardware procurement and manufacturing, systems engineering and program management, obsolescence and reliability updates, maintenance planning, facility design support, country support and common software development. The work will be performed in Woburn, Massachusetts and the performance period is April 23, 2019 to July 22, 2021. KSA FMS funds in the amount of $399,437,066 will be used to fund this effort.
