Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program has a duty to provide calibration standards to the depot level and intermediate calibration laboratories to verify the operation of naval aviation support equipment across the fleet. The King Nutronics (King) Precision Pressure Standards System (PPSS) model number (M/N) 3689A is capable of providing inter-service calibration workload for the United States Air Force and the United States Marine Corp. Test instrument (TI) workload, sent to NAVSEA calibration labs in support of interoperability among service calibration laboratories by the Naval Surface Warfare Corona Division (Corona Division) Measurement Science (MS) Department.

Work Details
The scope of this effort is to procure up to 50 PPSS M/N 3689A. The Contractor shall provide a Calibration Certification with Report and/or Certificate of Conformance Report with calibration data. The Contractor shall provide the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Instrument Calibration Procedure for calibrating M/N 3689A. The Contractor shall provide firmware and software used to operate each calibration standard procured on any individual delivery of the same release and version. The Contractor shall provide a Software/Firmware Change Request if an item of firmware or software needs to be changed. The Contractor shall provide a Repairable Parts list for each standard installed. Technical manuals describing how to operate the M/N 3689A shall have information on operator safety, operating procedures for the system and preventative maintenance.

Period of Performance
This IDIQ consists of a three-year ordering period beginning on the date of contract award and expiring three (3) years thereafter.

Place of Performance
Supplies/services will be inspected/accepted at destination.
