Background
The Department of the Treasury, specifically the IRS, Office of Business Solutions Acquisition (OBSA), is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price contract with INTEGER LLC dba as Kharon for the purchase of their “ClearView” subscription services. The ClearView subscription services provide access to a web-based search and data visualization platform for Know-Your-Client (KYC), investigations, and analysis to check if customers, supply chains or other individuals or entities of interest are associated with sanctioned or trade-restricted parties. The proposed acquisition is to procure Kharon ClearView subscription services which provide reliable and actionable sanctions-related risk intelligence to prominent global financial institutions, multinational corporations, and public sector entities.

Work Details
The contract requires a subscription to a web-based online search and data visualization service to assist with investigative and compliance functions. It includes IT services and is estimated to have a base period and two option periods.
Market research was conducted between the Contracting Office and Program Office, including a Request for Information (RFI) posted on SAM.gov. Of the fifteen vendors that responded, Kharon was the only vendor that provides all the requested services that fully meet the requirements of the Statement of Work for the comprehensive web-based search and data visualization platform built on up-to-date and proactive network analysis.
