Background
The solicitation is issued by the Indian Health Service (IHS) for the Kayenta Health Center, which is part of the IHS's mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services to American Indians and Alaska Natives.

The goal of this contract is to procure non-personal healthcare services specifically for the Emergency Department, ensuring that qualified personnel are available to meet the healthcare needs of the community.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide non-personal healthcare services for Emergency Department Physician Services totaling 6,552 hours.

Services must be provided in accordance with Attachment A - Performance Work Statement. This is a Labor-Hour Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), and values are estimated at the contractor's risk.

The contract includes two periods of performance: from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, and an option line item from August 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
