Le Patrol Vehicle Uninstall and Upfitting   2

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Carson City District Office has a requirement for 3 vehicle upfittings for Law Enforcement. Each upfitting includes a vehicle to be stripped of current specialty parts, some of which will be used again. The equipment needed for installation will be a combination of new and reused parts.
Vendor will need to be within 100-mile radius of 89701. If the vendor is further out than 100 miles, the vendor shall include pickup and delivery of the vehicles in their price proposal.

Work Details
The work includes stripping LE equipment from specified vehicles in accordance with the Statement of Work, installing LE equipment on specific vehicles, and submitting invoices to the designated address. The contractor is required to sign the document and return copies to the issuing office. The solicitation also requires submission of past performance references and a technical proposal addressing the suggested technical approach and timeframe for completion of the service.
