The U.S. Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), awarded a modification to contract W911QY-20-C-0118 to IAP Worldwide Services Inc. (IAP), 7315 N Atlantic Ave., Cape Canaveral, FL 32920, in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case for additional equipment for the Integrated Communications and Sensor System (ICSS) Phase II. This modification is Firm Fixed Price, and issued under the authority of 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
