Justification and Approval for Handshake Premium

Background
This requirement is in support of GSA OHRM - Office of Human Resources Management, Director of the National Recruitment Center, located at 1800 F Street, NW Washington, D.C. 20405.

The contracting activity is the Office of Internal Acquisition (OIA), 1800 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20405. The goal of the contract is to provide access to Handshake Premium, which is the premier online recruiting platform for college students, thereby supporting the mission of the Director of the National Recruitment Center.

Work Details
The contract includes providing five years of Handshake Premium products with 30 licenses.

The specific products and features include:
- Talent Engagement Suite
- Federal Expert Assist
- Insights
- Event Manager
- Branding

Key capabilities of Handshake Premium include:
- Ability to build pools of applicants based on specific criteria such as veterans, geographic area, specific college major, years till graduation, academic performance (for some partner schools), and public service propensity.
- Advanced analytics for identifying target universities for recruitment efforts including specific degree programs and minority-serving institutions.
- Direct messaging capabilities to identified students.
- Event Manager feature for hosting virtual events on Handshake.
- Improved employer landing page and branding features to enhance visibility among over 750,000 employers on Handshake.
- Simultaneous recruitment event posting across multiple schools.
