Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP), U.S. Embassy Jerusalem, Israel

The solicitation may result in award of a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract in the first quarter of year 2024. It is anticipated that the IDIQ contract will be of a base period of one (1) year with four (4) option years.

This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) and Free Trade Agreements (FTA). The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP). The successful contractor shall develop and implement flexible, timely, and innovative approaches to support civilian justice efforts to improve the rule-of-law in the West Bank, in a manner which promotes accountability, transparency, human rights, and public respect.

Background
The Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP) is a program to improve the rule-of-law in the West Bank, promoting accountability, transparency, human rights, and public respect. The U.S. Embassy Jerusalem is seeking a contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and resources for the implementation of this program. The contract will be subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).

Work Details
