JSOMTC Medical Instructor Support Services   3

The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) has a requirement for Medical Instruction Support Services for the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Medical Courses offered by the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC), US Army John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. The anticipated period of performance includes a 60 day phase in, 10 month base year with four (4) one-year options. The primary place of performance is Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

The Contractor shall provide instruction and medical instruction writing support in all the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Medical Skills Sustainment Course (SOCMSSC) and Special Operations Combat Medic (SOCM) /Special Forces Medic Sergeant (SFMS) Courses, and Special Forces Medical Sergeant Skills Sustainment Course (SFMS3) offered by the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center (JSOMTC), US Army John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, US Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, NC, as defined in draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) (attached). The Contractor shall teach all classes identified as contractor taught in strict accordance with the Program of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans approved by the Government. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in the PWS and contract.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541990 "All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services" with a size standard of $15,000,000.00 Million. This requirement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) certified small businesses and the evaluation will be conducted as a Best Value Trade-Off approach in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Part 215.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be made available to interested industry participants in early August 2018. The RFP and any subsequent documents will be accessible through the following site only: https://www.fbo.gov. The date for receipt of proposals has not been determined but will be provided at the time of solicitation and shall be made available to industry for at least 30 calendar days. The Government will also host an industry day mid-late August 2018 for all interested parties that have a valid security clearance. Additional details will be released with the solicitation.

Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for the release of the RFP package and any subsequent amendments. No paper copies of the RFP will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
