Replace 4 tactical communication towers and shelters to fully function at Mills Creek, Cemetery 13, Peason

East and Peason West Towers (JRTC), perform a tower technology refresh at Southern Tower (JRTC), and

perform technology refreshment at the Kleinelberg and Nussberg tower sites located at JMRC.

Due to technical difficulties, the solicitation was not released. Amendment 01 serves as the first posting of the solicitation. Please be aware that the past performance due date in L.1.1 is different that the due date specified in this posting.

Amendment 02 has been issued 8 July 2020. Attachments 1,2,4, and 5 have been updated along with the solicitation. The amendment also provides responses to solicitation questions and revises the solicitation due date.
