Background
The Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) at Fairchild AFB, WA requires maintenance services for Telestream software and hardware systems. The contractor is expected to provide software updates, hardware support, warranty replacement, and troubleshooting for various Telestream systems at the specified location in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing fully-trained Telestream technicians for support on Telestream hardware and software.
