Joyce Kilmer Restroom and Site Rehabilitation

Background
The Joyce Kilmer Restroom and Site Rehabilitation project is issued by the USDA Forest Service, specifically the Cheoah Ranger District. The project is located at the Joyce Kilmer Memorial Forest Trail Head on the Cheoah Ranger District Nantahala, NF approximately 13 miles northwest of Robbinsville, NC. Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary to successfully rehabilitate the existing toilet building and facilities. This includes tasks such as replacement of plumbing and waste piping, fixtures, amenities, partitions, and doors; exterior and exterior building maintenance including cleaning, prepping, painting, and masonry repairs; concrete parking area and pathway construction; roof replacement; gutter and downspout replacement; parking area crack sealing and filling; and parking area fog sealing.
