The Government has issued Amendment 01 to the JMRC Rotational Mission Support Solicitation. The Amendment Package contains the updated documentation for the solicitation. Disregard all other copies of files posted in other locations. The Government has posted the Question received from industry as well as the Government answers. Multiple adjustments were implemented but none adjusted the overall requirement nor require additional time for proposal submittal. The Government due date as stated on the solicitation remains.

The Government requests that Industry partners send an email to the Contract Specialists with their intent to submit proposals. This is not required but will assist with acquisition planning.

Amendment 02 is officially posted to grant proposal extension with a delivery date of 24 December 2018. Amendment 02 corrected the NAICS code on FAR Clause 52.204-8 and formatting errors on CLINs 1007, 2007, 3007 and 4007.

December 24 2018 has been determined a Federal Holiday and the Government is extending the JMRC proposal due date to 26 December 2018 (0900-1000 EST). Early delivery is authorized with prior coordination but not during the Federal holiday period. This is "NOT" a Solicitation Amendment but a Government caused extension due to an Executive Order. The Solicitation will not be adjusted, please contact the identified Contract Specialist for proposal delivery (24 & 25 of December is not authorized). If sealed subcontractor bids from German or other industry partners require additional coordination for delivery please contact the Contract Specialist for assistance.
