Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)   2

The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL) are pleased to announce the award of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) to Phoenix Logistics, Inc. located at 1405 N Fiesta Blvd Ste 130, Gilbert, AZ 85233 on 17 March 2020. JLCCTC is a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, with a period of performance of ten years consisting of a 4-year base period with two 3-year options with a contract ceiling of $516,500,000. JLCCTC is the Army's constructive simulation toolkit, supporting Army Title X training worldwide for Army Commanders and their staffs. JLCCTC supports institutional and operational unit training for both Active Component (AC), Reserve Component (RC) and Army National Guard (ARNG) units providing capabilities across the range of warfighting functions. JLCCTC is a software modeling and simulation (M&S) capability that is configurable to any combination of M&S as required by training exercise intent/design.
