Pursuant to the Randolph-Sheppard Act and Presidential Memorandum dated 20 January 2012, 316 Contracting Squadron is seeking Food service operations for: (1) Main dining facility, Freedom Hall; (2) In-Flight Kitchen services; and (3) Culinary and Mess attendant support services aboard Joint Base Andrews Air Force Base, MD.

Amendment 001 - The purpose of the amendment is to respond to questions received and incorporate two (2) attachments; Dining Facility Floor Plan and Governement Furnished Property list.

Background
The 316 Contracting Squadron is seeking food service operations for the main dining facility, Freedom Hall, in-flight kitchen services, and culinary and mess attendant support services at Joint Base Andrews Air Force Base, MD. The solicitation is issued pursuant to the Randolph-Sheppard Act and a Presidential Memorandum dated 20 January 2012.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all personnel, supervision, management, plant, and other necessary items and services to perform support services at Freedom Hall and the in-flight kitchen. This includes extended hours services, repair/replacement services for government-owned property, culinary and mess attendant services, and executive chef and restaurant manager services. The period of performance is from 30 Sep 2023 to 29 Sep 2024.
